Two floors of thoughtfully designed workspace — from quiet focus zones to collaborative lounges and private studios.
Forty shared desks in an open-plan layout with natural light from west-facing windows. Ergonomic chairs, monitor arms available on request, and a quiet zone at the back for deep-focus sessions. Day pass holders and flex members work here alongside dedicated desk members.
Six lockable studios ranging from 12 to 22 square metres, each with whiteboard walls, adjustable lighting, and sound-insulated glass doors. Studios include storage cabinets and can be configured for teams of two to six. 24/7 access available for studio members.
A soft-seating lounge with bookshelves, plants, and a view toward the bay — ideal for informal meetings, reading, or taking a break between focused sessions. Members use this space for casual catch-ups and Friday afternoon socials.
Three meeting rooms (4, 6, and 10 seats) bookable by the hour, plus four soundproof phone booths for calls and video meetings. All rooms include screens, whiteboards, and video conferencing setup. Meeting room credits included with flex and dedicated memberships.
Our ground-floor event area seats up to forty for workshops, talks, and community gatherings. Members receive priority booking and discounted rates for private events. We host weekly skill shares, founder breakfasts, and monthly open-mic networking nights.
Amenities
High-speed fibre internet (500 Mbps), unlimited specialty coffee and tea, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and microwave, printing and scanning, bike storage, and a terrace with seating overlooking HaNassi Avenue.
Our community manager is on-site weekdays 09:00–18:00 to help with bookings, introductions, and anything you need to settle in.
